Arts Award
Through Arts Award's five levels, children and young people aged up to 25 can explore any art form including performing arts, visual arts, literature, media and multimedia. The award builds confidence, helps young people to enjoy cultural activities, and prepares them for further education or employment.
Arts Award is managed by Trinity College London in association with Arts Council England and 10 regional Bridge organisations drive participation. Since its launch in 2005, the award has grown quickly and is now flourishing in arts centres, colleges and schools, community projects, libraries, galleries, local authorities, theatres, youth clubs and youth justice settings. |
OCR Entry Level History
OCR's Entry Level Certificate in History will inspire and engage learners by providing a broad, coherent, satisfying and worthwhile course of study. It would also feature a study of SS Peter and Paul or Bishop John Milner.
Why choose an Entry Level Certificate History? Flexibility – OCR's Entry Level Certificate is made up of 100% internally assessed tasks and tests that can be taken at any point during the course. Accessibility – There are many different ways that you can choose to teach this qualification and you can tailor this to your learners. This qualifications can be used for a variety of learners, including adults. Support and guidance – This Entry Level Certificate provides access to subject specialists to support you through the transition and throughout the lifetime of the specification. |
Other Learning Opportunities
The Learning Hub could also be used for many other learning opportunities. It could also be used by those working towards their JPII awards in the local parish.
